We want you to love every flickering light you receive from us! Because of the handmade nature of our items, please review the following policy carefully:

🕯️Candles and Metaphysical Items

•We accept returns or exchanges on unused, undamaged candles or metaphysical items within 7days of delivery. 

•To start a return, please email us at Flickeringflameessence@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. 

•Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. 

•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received.  

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something was missing, please contact us at flickeringflameessence@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We're happy to send a replacement or offer store credit depending on the situation.
